Current Value Accounting 

An early activity of the company was looking at company aquisition following  "Current Value" accounting from Sydney University under the famed Professor Chambers. The company would seek out companies with undervalued balance sheets, conduct their own valuations and then find an underwriter to make a takeover bid. Once successful the companies would be restructured and lessons learned.
