One of the earliest assignments for the company involved diversifying a large rural company "off the sheeps' back". This was achieved with careful financial planning and a process which looked at the original business and then carried out both vertical and horizontal diversification. The advice stretched through trade as well as services and opened new branches in both Australia and overseas.
